  • Full payment is required before arrival. Proof of payment must be received and confirmed in our bank account prior to check-in. Without confirmed payment, no room keys will be issued.

  • Check in: between 15:00 and 19:00. A penalty fee applies when checking in after 19:00. No early check in.

  • Check out: strictly between 08:30 and 9:00.

  • Guest must bring their own beach towels.

  • Housekeeping: On request between 09:00 and 12:00 at an extra cost.

  • Laundry: There are no laundry facilities on the premises.

  • DStv must be arranged in advance at an extra cost. This applies to room 3 and 4. Terms and conditions apply.

  • No pets are allowed (Room 4: Pets allowed by arrangement).

  • Only Charcoal may be used in the BBQ. No Firewood. Charcoal is not provided.

  • Swimming in the pool on the premises is prohibited.

  • Smoking is prohibited indoors. There is a designated smoking area outside.

  • Indemnity: Enter at your own risk. The owners of the building do not accept responsibility for any accident, loss or damage to persons and/or property incurred on these premises.
