Your booking quotation is valid for 24 hours.
A deposit needs to be paid to confirm your booking.
Entry Policy and Guest Inclusion: We kindly request that all guests, including both adults and children, be included in your booking. Please note that only individuals who are part of the original booking will be granted entry to our accommodations
Strict Entry Control: To ensure a comfortable and secure experience for all our guests, our entry policy is firm. If a greater number of individuals arrive than what was initially booked, we regret to inform you that entry will be denied, and no refunds will be issued in such cases. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding of our entry guidelines. They are in place to help us maintain the quality of our accommodations and provide an enjoyable experience for all our visitors. Thank you for choosing C-nic Route Accommodation.

To protect the property, you must pay a refundable breakage deposit before you arrive. If you break or take anything, you will be charged for it.

The terms in this cancellation policy is nonnegotiable.
If you cancel your reservation more than one month before the check-in date, you will receive a 25% refund of your deposit.
If you cancel your reservation less than one month before the check-in date, you will receive no refund of your deposit.
In an event of less than 48 hours' notice of cancellation of your booking, we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the booking.

Check in: between 15:00 and 19:00. A penalty fee applies when checking in after 19:00. No early check in.
Check out: strictly between 08:30 and 9:00.
Guest must bring their own beach towels.
Housekeeping: On request between 09:00 and 12:00 at an extra cost.
Laundry: There are no laundry facilities.
No pets are allowed (Room 4: Pets allowed by arrangement).
Room 4: Pets allowed. Pets must be accompanied by their owners at all times. Pets are not allowed to stay at the unit unattended.
Only Charcoal may be used in the BBQ. No Firewood. Charcoal is not provided.
Swimming in the pool on the premises is prohibited.
Smoking is prohibited indoors. Fine: R2000. There is a designated smoking area outside.
Indemnity: Enter at your own risk. The owners of the building do not accept responsibility for any accident, loss or damage to persons and/or property incurred on these premises.
